In a setting few ever see, 20 senior leaders were invited airside at Heathrow Airport for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at a commercial pilot training facility.
Each guest took the controls of a full-scale flight simulator, tasked with landing a commercial aircraft - without prior training, and with limited access to the tools a pilot would normally rely on.
The result? A visceral, high-stakes exercise in pressure, precision, and the value of well-designed systems.
By taking participants out of their day jobs and into the cockpit, we created an environment where the parallels to business were impossible to ignore: when the pressure’s on, the right tools, processes, and partnerships don’t just help, they’re essential.
