Challenge
Create a memorable, senior-level experience to explore the human, process, and tech dynamics behind transformation.

Solution
We staged an immersive, fine-dining metaphor for operational excellence, fronted by Michel Roux.

NTT DATA needed to engage C-level leaders in a conversation about transformation, but without another keynote or dry panel discussion.

Instead, we created a different kind of learning environment: a Michelin-grade kitchen.

Partnering with ServiceNow, the event invited senior business leaders to make Chef Michel Roux’s iconic soufflé - using the same ingredients, recipe, and equipment. It quickly became clear: identical tools don’t guarantee identical outcomes. The lesson? It’s not just about technology, but how people use it, and how well the process is designed.

Michel’s message was clear: “You have to be master of that kit, not the kit be a master of you.”

Impact
The experience delivered what every transformation brief promises, but rarely achieves: real insight, shared experience, and ideas that stuck.
