The company’s relocation to Aldgate was a rare opportunity to build something special: a Customer Experience Centre that could shift conversations from products to possibility.
We led the delivery of this space - from brief and vision, to strategy, design, and build. Over two floors, the centre blends physical demonstrations with immersive storytelling, bringing together collaboration, infrastructure and security into a single, cohesive journey. The result helps customers imagine not just what BT does, but what they could do with it.
Impact
Launched in 2022, the CEC has hosted thousands of global clients and has become a critical tool in the sales and innovation agenda.
